Whitney went out of her way to work with me and my purchasing requirements. I appreciated the follow-ups and a clear line of dialogue through-out the process. Very professional and I would recommend to both buyers and vendors. Thank you

The Newburys did a great job for us. They are very vibrant and their ability to engage others in the excitement of buying a new house was easy to see. Miranda’s sales skill and ability that has been honed over many years in the sales game is a big asset to her. What we really loved about Miranda was her ability to acknowledge when she did not know the answer. She is very quick to go back to her team, research and come back with the right advice. The Newburys understand the market well. No slugs here, and if you are one….look out, they will be all over you in a heartbeat!

We found The Newburys incredible from start to finish. Their professionalism, energy and enthusiasm throughout the campaign was exceptional! The communication was excellent - they kept us up to date on all aspects of the process including marketing, open homes, feedback and what to expect during the auction process. They wanted our experience to be as positive as the outcome on the auction day and they definitely did not disappoint! We wouldn’t have anyone else sell our home.

Nothing obvious. He did everything he said he would. While we are family members he treated us just like any other customer, exactly as we expected he would. My role is also as an auctioneer so it was a little unnerving to have the shoe on the other foot. I know and appreciate how others feel when selling as I deal with it all the time. Matt and his management team went out of their way to ensure the best possible outcome. We were delighted as I believe dealing with family requires not just 100% but 150% effort and Matt and the team delivered beautifully.

We were juggling the takeover of a new business out of town while navigating the sale of our home in Christchurch with Cindy. It was a frantic period and Cindy guided us at every turn, calmly advising and troubleshooting when the inevitable issues arise when selling an older property. She worked tirelessly at engaging potential buyers - something of which we are certain led the way to our successful sale at auction when many had dropped off for one reason or another. She is personable, professional and armed with powerful experience to ensure we were always looked after. Her bank of contacts and people to call on quickly is extensive. We couldn't recommend her more!
