Without hesitation, we highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to sell or buy a property, wanting an awesome agent that cares and gets results. Being in the North Island, it was difficult (near impossible) to secure our Christchurch dream home. Liz took time to really understand what we were after and with her integrity, on-point knowledge of the market and can-do attitude we were impressed with the results. Communication with Liz was easy, just call, leave a message or email and she’s on it. When we were unable to attend an open home, Liz obtained permission and patiently face-timed the viewing, methodically going through the property. While visiting Christchurch, not only did Liz arrange the property viewings, she came with us, showed what to look for when going through an open home and we enjoyed learning Liz’s special house tips especially her current market knowledge and technological savviness with any property’s gadgets. Twice, Liz represented us at auction bidding on our behalf and wow is amazing to watch in action. Liz undertook negotiations and we are confident that without Liz’s professionalism, knowledge, and people-skills we wouldn’t have sealed the deal on our new home which we love. Beyond making the deal, we were able to tap into Liz’s contacts to get some work done on the property which worked out great. This whole experience was positive and awesome thanks to Liz who goes above and beyond for her clients.
