⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic experience working with our agent to sell our house. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We especially appreciated her hard work and dedication during the negotiation process—she spent a lot of time talking with the buyer and was able to achieve a much better result than we expected. Her communication and support throughout the whole process made selling our home much less stressful. We truly felt that she always had our best interests in mind and worked hard to get us the best possible outcome. What I appreciate most is how proactive, responsive and genuine she is

I’ve been looking at quite a few properties in Christchurch, and having Belinda as my agent has made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. Whenever I find a house I’m interested in, I can ask Belinda for her honest opinion. If I’m not in Christchurch, she will often take the initiative to go and view the property herself, then video call me so I can see it and get her thoughts. I really appreciate how much effort she puts in, even when she doesn’t have to. What I love most is that I never feel pressured. Belinda gives me her genuine opinion, lets me take my time, and always makes me feel comfortable with my decisions. I feel that she genuinely cares about finding the right property for me, rather than simply trying to make a sale. Even though we started out as an agent and client doing business together, I feel that we’ve also developed a really genuine relationship along the way. That trust and sincerity means a lot to me. Belinda is exactly the kind of agent I was looking for — professional, honest, proactive, patient and genuinely caring. excellent

Very good communication , was super nice as soon as we meet. Let us have our own time to look around the house , no pressure time wise or anything. We felt as though we could ask any questions and she always had a response that was very helpful. Overall just a great smooth experience , could not ask for a different experience . 10/10 super happy and pleased!!
