I’ve been looking at quite a few properties in Christchurch, and having Belinda as my agent has made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. Whenever I find a house I’m interested in, I can ask Belinda for her honest opinion. If I’m not in Christchurch, she will often take the initiative to go and view the property herself, then video call me so I can see it and get her thoughts. I really appreciate how much effort she puts in, even when she doesn’t have to. What I love most is that I never feel pressured. Very good communication , was super nice as soon as we meet. Let us have our own time to look around the house , no pressure time wise or anything. We felt as though we could ask any questions and she always had a response that was very helpful. Overall just a great smooth experience , could not ask for a different experience . 10/10 super happy and pleased!!
