Having worked with Mary previously I was very comfortable with Mary selling my rental property. Mary's advise to have the property staged was an excellent call as it looked fantastic. Mary's knowledge of the market was good, the sale came within the range we expected even though numbers viewing properties had dropped away. Feedback during the sale was excellent along with full weekly reports keeping us fully informed at all times.

Archer has been a joy to deal with. She is very responsive on queries [via text or email]. She has showcased the property very well to make sure we are aware of the potentials of the property. The minute we arrived at the property in one of its open homes, we are greeted with a welcoming smile. I don't remember her not smiling. She's very pleasant and she treated us as serious buyers because we really are. This transaction could not have progressed smoothly without her, I strongly believe. :)

We felt like we were in this together. This was our experience- from day one - when we first signed up - through the three weeks of open homes and private viewings - to the actual auction day. At all stages of the marketing process - we felt like a valued client. Cameron and the team kept us fully informed - with frequent communication and were working hard to maximise the sale. Great outcome and many thanks to Cameron and the team at Harcourts.

Ever since the first time we met Michelle and her team, they've demonstrated their professionalism and enthusiasm in the field of realestate industry. We have thoroughly enjoyed the process of selling our house with them. Watching them work tirelessly over the weekend and after hours has both inspired us and re-defined the meaning of being passionate about your work. Their vast knowledge of the market trend and open communication has made the selling process feel like a breeze. We highly recommend vendors out there to give Michelle and her team a chance to lighten up your expectations with their extinction level of services as realestate agents. We are so grateful to have used them and will not hesitate to use them again when the opportunity comes.

Jack found us a house off market that suited us better than I could have chosen for myself.

Right from the start Hayden’s communication was excellent. He was super efficient with emails, telephone calls and was always accommodating if we wanted to chat face to face or see the property again. If we had any questions he would find the answers in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Hayden!
