When our uncle died suddenly in January, once we got over the shock of his passing, we were left with his estate to deal with which included his home on Burwood on the golf course. Being from out of town, I asked our lawyers for a recommendation of an estate agent we could have an initial meeting with. Sandra visited us in March when we were visiting and gave us advice on how to proceed. We really warmed to her and didn't look anywhere else. Her advice included painting the inside of the house, in a more neutral tone and then staging the house to appeal to a wider market. (Sandra introduced us to an amazing stager).
