I bought and sold with Jack. In regards to buying he had a knack of calling auction prices very close to the exact amount after the first walk through and bid on my behalf remotely which went seamlessly. Administratively he was timely in getting all info needed to me in order to ensure I was prepped. He was also very patient with multiple viewings and looking at a number of different properties. From a buying perspective Jack had solid relationships with other agents which made viewing properties listed by others easy. In regards to selling he moved very quickly at getting the right buyers through the property which resulted in a sale price I was happy with within days of listing. He has a number of clients himself and works closely with other agents to ensure all serious prospective buyers are aware the house is listed to get the best outcome. Jack is a very personable agent and enjoyable to deal with. I appreciated his honesty and the pace at which he worked. Would highly recommend him for buying or selling.
