Cameron Bailey sold our house in Fendalton in the middle of winter last year. Terrible time to do that by all accounts ! We were treated with respect and kindness and it all went, very smoothly, selling at auction on a wet Monday morning. .His excellent staff treated us like family and we were kept up to date with every detail after each open home. He made it all as painless as possible. We would certainly recommend him to all our friends and family.

I had bad experiences in the past with property agents pushing me to buy a place that I don't like, but Drew was patient and calm, which helped me secure my dream home with ease.

Right from the outset, professionalism, empathy and knowledge were very evident. Despite Cam’s massive workload, he always made the time to address any concerns and to share his opinion and advice on our situation, and the ever rapidly changing marketplace we were experiencing. We never felt an imposition. Cam’s team were simply outstanding and commutation exemplary. We would never had achieved the result we did without the incredible efforts of each and every one of them. Thank you Team Bailey, and Harcourts Gold.

Debbie showed her experience and professionalism in guiding us thru the worries of buying our new home. She was sincere and made us feel easy with all questions we asked. A most important type of lady for a firm to employ.

We have worked with Debbie in relation to the sale/purchase of three properties in the last 18 months. She is great to work with. Her industry knowledge is comprehensive and accurate. She is honest and respectful and works hard to achieve an outcome acceptable to all parties while looking after her clients, the property sellers. Debbie works hard and her friendly disposition and positive attitude give clients the confidence that she will do the best for them. We recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a highly competent agent to assist with the purchase or sale a property in the Christchurch market.
