In regards to buying he had a knack of calling auction prices very close to the exact amount after the first walk through and bid on my behalf remotely which went seamlessly. Administratively he was timely in getting all info needed to me in order to ensure I was prepped. He was also very patient with multiple viewings and looking at a number of different properties.
