I wanted to divest a property that had been damaged in the Canterbury earthquakes, but was still in need of some repairs and looking a bit sad! The property was also still tenanted, as I wanted to keep the tenant on if possible. This all made for a tricky proposition, but despite the challenges, Jess worked tirelessly to get this property in front of as many buyers as possible which resulted in a multi-offer deadline (9) and a great sales result. She also worked hard to maintain a good relationship with the tenant, which paid off in terms of her accommodating our open homes.
