From the outset Jess was understanding, knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to get along with. The initial meeting with Jess was positive, and she had some great advice with what I could do to bring the property up to selling standard. We wished to downsize and move once to a newer low maintenance home. Throughout the process of selling our home the professional approach adopted by Harcourts was appreciated by us, and despite the lack of interestresulted in the sale of our home. In a trying market that has seen similarly located places with similar capital values not selling, Alison and her team achieved backup offers.
