Really enjoyed working with Andrew. From the moment we met him at the first open, could tell he had a different approach/way about him. Even though the property was an auction, was very open with the price range and this allowed us to undertake our due diligence with confidence to be unconditional. Was very good at communicating about how the auction process would work etc which put us both at ease. No surprises at any stage throughout the process and his vendor agreed to sell within the range discussed at the very first open. Excellent communication throughout and we are both really enjoying the home! Would certainly recommend Andrew to family and friends.

I found Fang Wang to be responsive and was helpful when organizing inspections. There was an issue with the property once sold, Fang went above and beyond to work out a solution between myself and the previous owners. I’ve never had after sales service this good, as the previous owners had no objection to help out, however Fang went the extra mile. I recommend anyone to have Fang sell their house or buy one from Fang.
