Lili was professional with her approach to us, coming with a plan and clear instructions and guide to help us along the way. She informed us on what to look for in a house, gave her best advice on the houses that we were viewing, gave her time in coming up with houses to view and to come with us during potential house visits. We were thankful to her and she is the reason why we got to choose the house we wanted to buy. She also takes notes of our needs and budget, without compromising her position or integrity. She is honest and sticks to her values. We liked that about her. Her honesty and sincerity in her opinions about the houses we viewed were really helpful. When it came to the negotiations, Lili went out of her way to help us negotiate a good price. It was amazing! We got a house which meets our tick boxes and goes well under out small budget. She also guided us what to know in the deal and makes sure we miss nothing. Lili is indeed a asset of your company. If only they were 6 stars, we will definitely give her more than a 5 star rating.

On meeting Winnie Han for the first time whilst looking at properties, it was obvious we had found the right person to meet our Real Estate needs. Although agents are generally on the side of the seller and although he did encourage me to make an offer and close the deal, I never felt like he was too pushy. I cannot rate both Raelene and Colin highly enough throughout the entire process of selling our home. Both were extremely professional from the outset but at the same time it was like talking with old friends. The advice and guidance we were given was always sound and based on not only experience but also the ebbs and flows of the current housing market. We elected to auction our home (on advice) and we were guided through this stressful experience with both encouragement and reassurance. All developments during the marketing phase were passed on in a timely fashion so we knew exactly how successful our efforts were at any given time. I truely believe that Raelene and Colin achieved not only the best price for our home but exceeded our wildest expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the sales journey with them and I know they worked all hours on our behalf. Although the initial meeting was for a business arrangement I feel we have finished as friends.
