We must say Pauline and Sidd that it has been a pleasure working with you both. You were exactly what we were looking for in agents - you listened to what we had to say and were genuinely interested in achieving the result we were seeking. You are both effective communicators and your combined sales expertise and efforts were superior. We were impressed with your competence, humility, integrity and grace. It is gratifying to meet two people so dedicated to doing an exceptional job. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated. We also want to take this opportunity of thanking Sam for his fantastic efforts on the day. Although we only met you briefly before the auction, your efforts were outstanding, and you definitely worked hard to achieve the best possible result from the bidders. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and drive hold you in good stead, and we wish you all the very best in your career as an outstanding auctioneer. Thank you.

Michael was agent for selling our Milford property. We received a very thorough appraisal and advice on going to auction. His level of communication with us throughout the marketing campaign was excellent. His guidance on the auction was invaluable. We are very pleased with the outcome. Happy to recommend.

Huge thank you to Sidd & Pauline from Harcourts Takapuna for helping me buy my home - so good to deal with that you make the entire process seem too easy! I have used Harcourts for both the sale of my house a year ago and now re-entering the market to buy my ‘first home’ again. There is a stigma around real estate agents being untrustworthy, but I can honestly say that Sidd, Pauline and the Harcourts team always went out of their way and acted with my best interests at heart to deliver everything that was important to me (first as a seller, and second time as a buyer). I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, and I will never go through anyone else when dealing with future property transactions. (They put together a pretty good hamper too!) Sincerest thanks guys, very grateful!

My wife, Yoko and me, recently sold a house in Auckland. As we are remotely located in overseas and our house was tenanted, we did have some worrisome for marketing and maximizing exposure to prospective buyers. We did partner with Pauline Dudasova and Sidd Akshar and the rest was pretty much easy. Pauline and Sidd have been extremely helpful and went extra miles for us as they knew we can not do anything by ourselves as we were not presented in Auckland. They have made a very successful strategy with details marketing plan and walked us through, step by step and made the process easy. At the end they successfully managed to get the best dollar for our house and achieve the best results. We will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future and will be happy to get help from them for our future Real Estate adventure.

We have been associated with Michael for several years and several house sales. He is the epitome of Professionalism. We have never met an agent that is more Tech savvie than Michael. Everything is digitalised from the Open Home sign-Ins to the listing documents and the Sale and Purchase documents. And Michael is a class act when he videos your home for sale. He is a natural. Our latest sale was seamless with a result way above our expectations. We would recommend Michael to any prospective buyers or sellers Ron and Mary Knight

Michael’s knowledge of the area he works in was top rate but what was more comforting choosing Michael as my agent was the over and beyond he demonstrated throughout this sales process. Nothing was too much trouble and his goal to sell my property with the least amount of stress to me was apparent. We achieved a quick sale and with a very happy outcome for both myself as the seller and the purchaser. I would highly recommend Michael as an agent you can trust.

Thank you for you gentle persistence in selling our property at 27 Ewen Street. The property was not formally placed onto the market and therefore a normal marketing/promotional campaign wasn’t able to be carried out. The reason you got the property was due to you proactively seeking properties in the area and your approach. The process has taken time was noninvasive to us and fitted in with our approach of “if we get the right offer the the property is for sale” which is true for a lot of properties. We have appreciated that you also took a gentle but formal approach in achieving a good end result always being courteous and mindful of our wishes. The end result has been good for all parties both us and the purchaser and I hope they enjoy living here as much as we have over many years. Again thank you for being patient and achieving a positive outcome for all and I look forward to further transactions with you in the near future

When our family decided to sell our mother's home in Hauraki, there was simply no other agent we wanted. Ilse has a well-deserved reputation for professionalism, integrity, hard work, and results. Her knowledge and advice proved invaluable and an extraordinary result was achieved on schedule. Ilse's communication throughout the process was beyond compare and I can only describe Ilse, Andrew and the management at Harcourts Takapuna as the "Auction Dreamteam"!

We had the pleasure of working with Michael as he took our house to market. He's a professional, communicative and hard working agent. His experience with people, the market and trends within our community meant that his recommendations were specifically tapered to maximise advertising and buyer impact. Michael and his EA provided thorough weekly updates on open home traffic, feedback and other pertinient information. Michael was always available to take calls and questions and we never felt like 'just another client'. Michael's indefatigable optimisim, positivity and sense of market knowledge meant that we were able to secure a sale above and beyond our expectations. We fully endorse Michael as a highly personable and effective realestate agent who will work with and for you.

Sidd was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process of purchasing my house. Michael was proactive from the outset of this extended sales programme. Positive when the process stalled, and always there for queries. We have found him to be the correct professional, and have asked him to find our next purchase, if we come back to Auckland.
