The vendor was actually the Public Trust as administrators of my brother's estate, but I was heavily involved with Ilse in the process. I believe Ilse achieved the best possible outcome for the sale due to: Market knowledge, particularly of the Hauraki area. (She had a better handle on the market than anyone else dealt with.) Buyer contacts.(Very important). Hard work in promoting the property during the selling process. Ilse is a very pleasant person to deal which makes the whole process so much easier
