We met Sidd at an Open Home he was holding and in the course of that meeting we discussed our requirements as we had sold and were keen to repurchase. Sidd made a note of what was important to us and then followed up by contacting us to discuss the options. He was never pushy and listened to what was really important to us and that was his focus. Whilst Sidd spent a lot of his time assisting us and taking us to view properties (and in a couple of situations we had Sidd approach another Real Estate agent so we could view with Sidd), we never felt any pressure to buy or any obligation to Sidd on a personal level and this was just so fantastic as we were viewing with other Real Estate agents who didn’t afford us the same consideration. We always felt complete confidence in Sidd’s ability and true to form he found our perfect home and even though this has all been concluded, Sidd is still being very helpful and assisting us in gaining access prior to settlement to allow us to have some tradespeople meet with us to start some renovation work.
