Usually dealing with real estate agent was a big trust issues but here is something different story, dealing with Sidd from Harcourts was a different experience. I called Sidd a month back and asked him that I’m looking for the property that take me to the next move in future, he started sending me a different listing of the property, clarify the pros and cones, asking me what you like and dislike about the property, not only that but showing the potential area as well which I believe most important part of buying a property. Having so many difficulties, so many questions, day and night calls, and I personally believed that Sidd is one of that man, that he interested personally like he is investing his own million dollars into it. We were absentee vendors as had already relocated South. Michael did everything and some for us during the marketing and sale of our home. He arranged the staging, the cleaning, and kept an eye on the house in our absence. When the 2nd bout of Covid hit Auckland, he reached out to us straight away with new strategies.
