From the first time I saw Dave's advertising, I knew I was onto a winner! His expertise in capturing our heart with his proposed marketing plan, enthusiasm and attention to detail was 100%. And then came along his pocket rocket Nicky Morton! Wow ... this dynamic duo are a brilliant team; they cemented their strategies and amazing marketing skills which in turn, had so many viewers and followers watching our property. Photos and videos taken, signboard out and boom - we were officially on the market! Following the conclusion of the first open home, we received an unconditional offer, with a further 4 more offers coming in over the course of the weekend and Monday, which in turn ended up bringing our auction forward in the first week.
