Realistic numbers and no “smoke and mirrors”. Dave and Leah’s analysis of the market was spot on so we knew what to expect when negotiating with potential buyers. The results speak for themselves - We were under contract within 3 weeks from listing. Dave and Leah didn’t stop working there, a second backup offer presented the following week which gave us certainty our home was sold.
