Dave sold our house at Boys Place in double quick time. It went on the market on a Tuesday and he had an offer on the next Friday, only 3 days later. We had an signed conditional agreement on the following Tuesday, which went unconditional within 2 weeks. We have bought another house, so the prompt sale fitted perfectly into our time line.
