Joe Lee

Joe devised an excellent marketing campaign for us, kept us informed with regular updates regarding the open homes, met with us on a regular basis and made the experience of selling a home easy and stress free for us. Joe is motivated, works hard, is passionate about real estate, is focused, has a calm demeanor, nothing 'was a problem' for him. He is professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends and should the opportunity arise, would most definitely use his services again

He gave us full explanation about the local market and showed us some recent cases. Kept on non-stop looking for buyers one after another sale agreement failed due to various reasons. He is a trustworthy person, very reliable.

Joe and Anna were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. As we were living overseas, their clear communication, regular updates, and transparency gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. They made everything stress-free, and we always felt we were in safe hands. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Joe and Anna were both professional and respectful with their interactions with us, especially our elderly father. Made the process easy and gave honest and helpful feedback.

The campaign was running at full steam but market sentiments not the way we expected during auction

They both did an outstanding job will recommend to friends and family
