We were under a lot of stress due to a close family member being very sick, and our need to get our house up to scratch as much as possible and quickly as we were on the move. Anna was extremely polite, positive and professional about the sale of our home. It was extremely stressful as I had to relocate due to my new position and she kept me informed and assisted my wife. Just prior to our first open home my wife’s mother passed away and Anna once again show how professional and caring she is. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. Vish sold our house and helped me to buy a new one as well. He treat you like family, and work as hard as he can for you. His commitment and sticking to his word is unbelievable. We just listed the house and rest was him, who delivered and have gone extra miles to make this happens. Communication was second to none, we were getting updates without even asking a question. Clare is exceptional! From the moment we met Clare some years ago we decided we would utilize her knowledge and expertise when we sold our home. She did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the area, the market and real estate overall is exemplary. Clare has been quick to respond to our questions; there have been so many. Late or early - there was always a reply. It was so reassuring to know she was just at the other end of the phone. Clare is very organized and meticulous - every document was explained in detail, open homes were done on time every week and the follow up reports were always delivered positively. Our best interest was at the centre of it all. Selling a house is so intense and and so stressful - we found her positivity very reassuring. Every piece of advice was gratefully received. For Clare it is not just about closing the sale, it is about the people on either side of the transaction - vendor and purchaser. Clare assisted us with council paperwork when we had no idea where to start. The attitude was "let's get this done" and she did and no time at all.
