Clare is exceptional! From the moment we met Clare some years ago we decided we would utilize her knowledge and expertise when we sold our home. She did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the area, the market and real estate overall is exemplary. Clare has been quick to respond to our questions; there have been so many. Late or early - there was always a reply. It was so reassuring to know she was just at the other end of the phone. Clare is very organized and meticulous - every document was explained in detail, open homes were done on time every week and the follow up reports were always delivered positively. Our best interest was at the centre of it all. Selling a house is so intense and and so stressful - we found her positivity very reassuring. Every piece of advice was gratefully received.
