After years of hunting for our first home in this crazy market we found our gem in the rough. We viewed the property 4 days before the tender ended and Tim was excellent in getting back to us on any questions/ requests straight away. There are a lot of agents out there but he had an empathetic and honest manner which we found reassuring and helpful, and we felt he handled the relationship between ourselves and the seller with fantastic ease, professionalism, and grace. Tim is an actual human in a sellers market and we would happily recommend him.

Everything is so easy and reassuring with Tim. He helped us purchase two Wellington properties over the last couple of years. I would definitely recommend Warrick McCluskey at Tommy's Real Estate. He is the perfect agent and has great passion for Newlands and homes like ours. Before Warrick even appraised our property, he lent us his scaffolding and then when we did choose him he also offered for us (including our dogs) to stay at his home while we completed polishing our floors. If Warrick wasn't sincere then he should win an acting award.
