I have been most impressed by Glenn. There have been some tight timelines for both the seller and ourselves, such that a few hours delay at the wrong moment could have led to a lot of frustration. He gave great advice that got it quickly to market and attracted a large amount of attention, then persisted with the few really likely purchasers, making connections for them and solving problems that they couldn't solve alone. Kept me well updated and talked me through process and options. Price came in about where expected, despite the falling market. Warrick is cheerful and optimistic, knows the market and the players in it very well. He also gave great advice on a purchase I was making, particularly around the history of some buildings and developers. And he took the time to help me work out what I was really looking for.
