There were some minor things that I would have preferred my input into (eg. the for sale sign was screwed into our front fence - would have preferred an option that didn't do this) but overall we found him professional and very hard working. Happy with the outcome. Warrick got the place sold with only the one offer. Was a bit worried for a while there! Good communication, always willing to help, kept our tenant updated. Warrick always answers his phone which I find is a rare thing these days. Good help and support with staging, and managing the builders report. He may even get a few beers shouted on us in the New Year sometime!
