Alice is by far the most professional, organised, communicative and pleasant agent in Wellington to work with. I deal with real estate agents on a professional basis through my day to day work and they just don’t get better than Alice. She sold my personal property and her attention to detail, drive, work ethic and communication was exceptional. We got a great deal done in a very tough market. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alice was fully committed to our sale kept us updated with great communication and check-ins along the way. Her market knowledge and existing relationship base meant we had great exposure of the property to the right buyers, and no shortage of interest. In a tough market we secured a good sale which was fully reflective of her positive and proactive approach to the process. I would strongly recommend Alice to others looking for the best result.

Alice is a superb agent. She made the whole process of buying a house so seamless. Alice's communication was prompt and clear at all times, and she was so helpful at every step along the way. Alice is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended.

Glenn was amazing, took the time to really understand what we were going through as a family to let go of the house we lived in for so long. He was always accomodating for us and especially when it came to our mum and made sure that she was comfortable with what was going on with the sale. Mum liked Glenn from the get go and for someone who English is her 2nd language, Glenn always spoke in a clear manner until he knew mum understand and was happy. Glenn, was always working hard to have our home sold for a price we were comfortable with and at no time, put any pressure on us to sell, especially given the market at this time. He made sure that we took the time we needed as a family to all agree on terms before making any decisions. I would recommend Glenn as an agent to anyone trying to sell their house. Now he's helping us buy :)

We're really glad we chose Glenn - he worked so hard to achieve a result we were happy with. Nothing is too much trouble, and he's super friendly and personable too. Highly recommend if you're looking for an agent!

Cant recommend Ramon more highly! Being first time vendors and selling in a difficult market we were apprehensive about our agent choice but Ramon won us over with his trustworthy manner and southern charm. In hindsight we are extremely grateful to Ramon for making the whole process so easy, assisting us every step of the way, not mention his willingness to get his suit dirty on a number of occasions and availability all hours of the day. We we're grateful to have an honest agent representing us and ultimately for getting us a great result in a difficult market. Thanks Ramon.

From the start Ramon was engaging and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist me and my partner in buying our first home and we found him to be reliable, trustworthy and genuinely kind. I recommend Ramon to any person looking to buy a house as I am sure their experience will be just as great as ours!

Glenn was outstanding - a true professional. He was able to listen to both seller and purchaser points of view, and deliver a successful outcome for both parties in a tough market. He also went the extra mile, sorting out issues which might have got in the way of a sale - even organising to change the back lock. Highly recommended!

Ramon was highly supportive through the sales process, sharing his knowledge and time generously. He was enthusiastic about our apartment which was very appreciated. We were kept up to date on progress and were never left wondering. Ramon sold our apartment in record time!

At first I thought you the team of Warrick and Jane were going to have the same success as me at selling my house. A vendor came along and they managed to get a price acceptable to me in a depressed market.
Warrick McCluskey
We instantly knew Warrick was the right person to sell our house from the moment we met him. He had the passion, confidence and knowledge to attract the right buyers and in the end we were very pleased with the sale price. We also ended up buying our current house from him, so we can say from a buyer's perspective, he was pleasant to deal with.

Glenn did a great job bringing our property to market in very tough market conditions. He is very friendly, easy going, responsive and communicative and has useful advice and connections at each stage. Very happy to recommend Glenn!
