Preceding our recent property purchase, Tommy managed us through several property enquiry and prospective purchase processes in several central Wellington suburb locations. Our completed property purchase was a "quiet sale" process, which Tommy introduced and gave us the opportunity to consider, and facilitated the most straight forward sale purchase negotiation we could ever have imagined. For this we are incredibly thankful, and we know that our relationship with Tommy Madams, and Tommy's Realestate, will not end here, but extend to any further realestate transactions we will make in Wellington in future.
