I was selling my father's house and approached a few agents for appraisals. Alexia stood out immediately above the rest: her appraisal was considered, polished, thorough, and she explained everything clearly. She was very respectful of my father's situation and his affection for his house, in which he'd lived for 40+ years (he had just moved into a rest home). Alexia focussed on the property's strengths and marketed it well, resulting in plenty of open home visits and enquiries. My father and I were both very happy with the final result.
