Alexia and Danielle recently managed to market and sell my townhouse. I mainly delbt with Alexia who was fantastic. Great communication and to the point. Alexia was friendly and professional and was able to assist with extra tasks like dealing with a difficult body cooperate manager. Alexia and Danielle sold my property at the worst time of year during the christmas holidays while everyone is away. The whole sale process was relatively easy, given that the house was built in the1990s “leaky buildings” era. Sam proved very easy to work with as he explained the process and outlined the issues. Viewing numbers were OK, but few offers resulted. Thanks to Sam and Ben the one offer succeeded.

We had a very positive experience with Phil and Cath of Tommy’s when selling our family home. I really felt that Phil had our best interests at heart as vendors - and I haven’t always found that with previous agents.
