Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house.
