An incredible agent (and team!) From day one very clear expectations were set, communication channels opened and we were kept 110% up to date on everything. Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. We felt as though we had Jason and Graces full backing from the very beginning. Jason gave us tips on little things to do to add value. Grace used her styling expertise. Grace did a number of extra private viewings after hours and I think in this current market with young professional couples wanting their first home that made a real difference.
