Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. The apartment market was very difficult over the period that my unit was for sale and as consequence my apartment took a long time to sell. During this period Paul communicated on a weekly basis to me and keep me abreast of the results of the 'open homes' and the feedback from the viewers.
