Tony took over our sale from another agent who was heading overseas on holiday - it was a seamless handover from our perspective. Tony was a calm and knowledgeable voice throughout the process, probably the most professional agent we have met. He was quick to respond to all communication. He was helpful throughout the negotiation process and never made us feel pressured or imparted his own opinion.

Great work - exceeded expectations

Marisa knew the sale price I was hoping to achieve even though it had been suggested by others, including another agent from another agency, that may be difficult to achieve, if at all. Marisa listened to what I said and lo and behold, to my astonishment, within 3 days of marketing the property she had not only achieved the price I was hoping for but had achieved a higher offer. I believe she did that by the marketing technique she had suggested. To ask if I would recommend Marisa is an understatement. She is a friendly, caring, and very professional agent and I don't hesitate to recommend her services.
