Tracy has good local knowledge and great communication at all times of the day/night. Great appraisal which gave us a baseline to work off. We brought the house through Tracy in 2019 so it was helpful to have someone with knowledge of the property.

We are so blessed to have Covenant Pomate help us in purchasing our first home. Covenant Pomate is greatly skilled in communication you can call or txt her anything and she will respond asap same in regards to viewing the property. She always has back up house to view for buyers if that house is not a fit for you, has great negation skills and knowlage in regards to the property. She will walk you through alot of the things you need to look out for if you are a first home buyer like me. so me and my wife highly recommend her based on our own experience.

He was really great at bridging the gap between all parties and being solution focused to help everyone achieve what they needed to. He was efficient, helpful and approached everything in a warm and personal way. He was knowledgeable about the market. He went above what we expected to assist us. We absolutely would work with him again.
