Great knowledge of Property Business, clear straight forward communication and good professionalism.

Her market knowledge, communication, and professionalism were strong throughout the process. Initially, she came across as very straightforward and somewhat firm; however, once we began working together, she proved to be helpful, flexible, and willing to adjust when needed. Good local knowledge

Tracy has good local knowledge and great communication at all times of the day/night. Great appraisal which gave us a baseline to work off. We brought the house through Tracy in 2019 so it was helpful to have someone with knowledge of the property.

Very knowledgeable about the area but lacking knowledge about actual property's .

Too strict on real-estate rules . As in if we applied her rules we would not have sold our place . Very critical of other agents Uses the phrase I don't know to much . It should be I don't know but I will find out . Did keep in touch through out the sale and communicated well .
