This was a very easy decision to make after that meeting. They gave us their time with no pressure, and their professionalism was outstanding. The journey has been a pleasant one from the beginning to the point of sale with them helping with the issues an overseas buyer has to weave their way through. Phil and Robyn showed genuine enthusiasm for our house from the first visit which is critical. Their communication and advice on comparative properties was excellent. We were marketing in a difficult period and they did everything possible to make contact with potential buyers and get them to view the property. They ran extra open homes as required to lift the focus and attract interest. They and Bayleys were very professional in the build up and running of the auctions which resulted in a timely sale.
