From the initial consultation my wife and I felt comfortable and happy that we chose Michelle Bitcheno and Tall Poppy to represent us in the sale of our house. There was no hard sell but rather a comfortable discussion to determine what our expectations were and Michelle's input as to where she felt was the best value and option to sell our house. Snap. Michelle was quick to respond when we sought her help to sell our house. Crackle. First meetings over coffee to set up our transaction. Very amiable friendly lady who got things moving really quickly. Pop. The photos the ads the videos were broadcast in record time and sign hammered in to the ground with house viewings organised and done within a day of the images appearing. Michelle was great when things got challenging and was a great help sorting the weetbix from the coco pops. Results for Michelles efforts were a number of offers with the most acceptable one signed up and unconditional within three and half weeks …. What more can I say? Other than , cheers Michelle, top effort! 10/10 Special mention must be made of the video production, great effort and highlighted the whole of the neighbourhood and not just our house, loved it… Tall Poppy ten out of ten as well, pleasure to work with you.
