Nicky, Georgia and Mark, supported by Emma, are a brilliant team. they have sold 2 houses for me this year, in a very difficult market, and with some very difficult situations with buyers. Communication was always great, and they worked extremely hard on my behalf. I've met quite a few real estate agents in my time, but would always recommend this team above anyone else.

Buying our first home was a scary prospect from the get-go. We weren’t really sure what to look for, what to check, or what questions we should be asking before making an offer. After six months of searching and repeatedly feeling pressured to put offers in within 24 hours of an open home, we were honestly starting to dread the whole process. Team Malloy were different from the beginning. They were the first team of agents who didn’t ask us to put in an offer after we’d barely had a chance to look through the property. Instead, they gave us the space to properly look around, think things through and make our own decision. When we were interested, they made sure we were aware of everything they knew about the property and provided us with the documents and information we needed to make an educated purchase. Straight away, we felt like we were dealing with agents who genuinely wanted to make the process as smooth as possible for both the vendor and us as buyers. Throughout the entire process, they kept in contact, answered our questions and never put any unnecessary pressure on us. Now, after six months of searching, we have our first home and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience buying it.
