I didn't interact much with Sebastian so I'm writing this review for his agent, Joanne Carter. Jo is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. As first home buyers, we were pretty lost and confused at the start of the process. Jo helped us at each step, and would ring often to check in on us or advise us what was happening throughout. She was always happy to take time out of her day to help us. When we were first viewing properties she went above and beyond to show us as many listings as possible in short time frames. She also recommended a great building inspector later down the track. She has been outstanding and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others as a great agent.

As a couple buying a house for the first time we had no idea what we were doing. Jessica was super helpful with a good understanding of the market and helpful hints for first home buyers. She guided us through the whole process and was super easy to communicate with. She was also very professional at all times and very kind. We were so grateful to have her help and expertise through this process. Will definitely be using her again for our next house purchase.
