Great communication and knowledge

I didn't interact much with Sebastian so I'm writing this review for his agent, Joanne Carter. Jo is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. As first home buyers, we were pretty lost and confused at the start of the process. Jo helped us at each step, and would ring often to check in on us or advise us what was happening throughout. She was always happy to take time out of her day to help us. When we were first viewing properties she went above and beyond to show us as many listings as possible in short time frames. She also recommended a great building inspector later down the track. She has been outstanding and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others as a great agent.
