Elmarie Steenberg

We cannot recommend Elmarie and Brianna highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our house, especially as we were living abroad throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help us navigate every little hiccup that came up, often taking care of things that would have been incredibly difficult for us to manage from overseas. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were always friendly, reassuring, responsive and willing to help — it genuinely felt like they were available almost 24/7! Their communication and support made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier, and we always felt that our sale was in safe hands. A huge thank you to Elmarie and Brianna for all the extra effort, patience and support. We are incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Elmarie was amazing to work with during the sale of our home. She made selling our house stressless and easy. She is such a passionate person who clearly loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. Thank you for everything Elmarie, you are a gem. Shaun & Lindi

I can not recommend Elmarie highly enough!! From the very first meeting her extensive knowledge of the market was clear. She handled every detail seamlessly and made the process completely stess-free. Her communication was faultless. Kept us informed at every single step of the process and promply answered all our questions. Expert negotiation skills. Thank you Elmarie!!!

Elmarie and Rick were very responsive and understanding of my needs in a very difficult market.

Elmarie is a very friendly and hard working agent who worked hard for both her vendors and us as purchasers. The properties valuation was right on point with 3 bidders at this level. I would recommend her to other property buyers and sellers.

Elmarie was the agent acting for the vendor and could not have been better to deal with. A genuinely lovely person who was knowledgeable and quick to answer questions, communicate with the vendors and help us to reach a mutual purchase price. After the sale she has been just as lovely and available to help, I highly recommend her!
