Great experience working with Nipun on a very complex property sale. The process involved multiple parties, tenants, property manager, bank and legal teams and even required changing the selling method midway through. Despite this, he stayed proactive, communicated clearly, and worked hard to negotiate a positive outcome. He also brought a personal touch throughout, which made the process feel more trustworthy. I’d happily recommend him.

Leanne and Hunter had a keen and realistic understanding of the current real estate market. They gave us advice on next steps without fluffing around. I think they would be well suited to support most people new to selling a home.

Shannon & Anita provided really good advice between making the decision to sell our house and the time our house went to market. They achieved a reasonable result in a relatively short period to facilitate a purchase on the other end. I do however have some reservations about their process: 1. The mid-point of their appraisal was $30k higher than our bank's valuation and they then suggested a BEO $60k below the mid-point of their appraisal when listing. In hindsight, we should have sought a second opinion at this point as this proved to be a price anchor for potential buyers. 2. There were a few instances in the communication that felt like misrepresentations between going to market and finalising the sale, it didn't always feel like they acted in our best interest. Parts of the process werenot as clear and transparent as I would have expected, given they sell themselves as 'not like the other guys' in the industry. 3. It became clear during the process that a significant portion of the administrative work was outsourced to the Philippines, which wasn’t something we were made aware of initially. Selling your house is a such a significant event and stressful time in your life but it didn't feel like this was reflected throughout parts of the service we received. Ultimately they will get the job but I would personally look elsewhere next time.
