Chris and Layne were wonderful, as when we made an offer it was discovered that the property had no Code of Compliance! This was a shock to everyone and both agents worked really hard to ensure everything was cleared up for our conditons to be accepted, Huge thanks to Chris and Layne who worked hard to make us happy in our new home :) thanks team!
