Whilst I never actually met Madel, all interactions were very friendly, helpful and professional. The guidance thru a process that is unfamiliar to me was much appreciated. We never had to chase Madel for updates as she gave weekly vendor reports, and I would like to point out that the quality of the marketing through Sotheby's was excellent.
