I don't write agent reviews. I'm making an exception. I sold my Waikanae property with Sharalyn and her team while living well out of the region. Absentee vendors know the problem: you're dependent on your agent for everything, and most agents are built for sellers who live around the corner. Sharalyn's operation isn't. When the lawns needed mowing and odd jobs needed doing before open homes, the team jumped into action. Not arranged, not quoted, did them. That's the difference between managing a listing and owning a result. On price, she told me what the property was worth, not what I wanted to hear. No inflated appraisal to win the listing, which is exactly why it sold in a tight time frame in a market where overpriced stock sits for months. The weekly reporting was the best I've seen: open home numbers, genuine buyer interest, honest market feedback. I made every decision with full information from a distance.
