The property I was selling was my first home (purchased over 30 years ago). In recent years the property has been tenanted. At the time of putting the property on the market it was not furnished and had developed a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (bumps/scuffs on walls and the like). Verena arranged for staging (temporary furnishings) and the R&M issues to be attended to in a way that the property’s benefits could be appropriately assessed by potential buyers. It was presented with authenticity: neither overstated nor understated. Verena took a data-based approach to her advice. Verena was always clear and professional in her communications.

Leroy was able to achieve a fantastic result, we are extremely happy with the amount he was able to secure, it was above what he initially quoted and maintained good communication throughout the process, and this was all during a difficult market. Andy made the whole process of buying a home easy from the beginning. He is wonderful to deal with and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
