Lauryn has great negotiation skills and professionalism, she keeps in touch with all the buyers, I reached out to her for another listing which went under offer, however, she was kind enough to discuss other active listings, gave us a video tour and answered all our questions. She guided us through the offer process and helped to make it as competitive as possible, loved working with her and highly recommended
