My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely.
