Operating in a difficult market and price point Mike kept reinventing ways to get our house sold. Communication was given after each open home and showing. He was always friendly and unfazed given the aformentioned market condition.
We listed our home at a time when the whole world economy was severely impacted by the Iran war, the closure of the Straits of Hormuz and the cost of living crisis and the market was slow. However, we achieved a very good outcome which we put down to the commitment of both Grant and his fellow agents from Village Real Estate. Grant kept us closely informed of all that was happening and his knowledge and professionalism were reassuring.
Mike had great communication skills. He worked hard to get this sale over the line and nothing was too much effort. He followed up on all enquiries we had re the house we were purchasing and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Mike.
