Friendly, easy to work with, Communication great, kept me up to date throughout the whole property sale transaction.
We recently purchased a property through Karl and were super impressed with his approach. We have dealt with a few agents and found him to be refreshingly different. He was genuine, honest and open from the start which we have found to be a rare trait in his profession and nothing was too much trouble for him. We went through an unexpected family medical crisis and instead of having to pull out of the buying process, Karl really stepped up to help us. His communication and professionalism were always top notch. He focused on a successful outcome for both the buyer and seller. He's a lot of fun and has a great sense of humour which we really appreciated at the time. Highly recommend Karl and the Sold on Kapiti team.
