From the very first conversation we had about selling our home, she understood our 'why' - and that was our focus throughout the entire process. It was an exceptional marketing campaign, lots of hustling behind the scenes with potential purchasers, constant and regular communications, and professionalism throughout. Our auction day exceeded our expectations! It felt like a true team effort to get the result we wanted.
Positives: 1) Very helpful and supportive 2) Responsive and easy to reach even outside business hours and time zone differences. 3) Managed to sell the house with persistence, even if the market was horrible. 4) Great at buyer management and problem solving. Negatives: Initial valuation provided turned out to be unrealistic. Market had turned bad already, we should have been given a reality check at the start 😅.
