David and the team were always available by phone and email, communication was extremely responsive ( even during dinnertime). Jo took on my property after it had already failed to sell twice and still managed to get it sold in a pretty tight timeframe. I was really happy with how she marketed it. The market wasn’t great at the time either which made things more stressful. I was quite anxious about the whole process but she kept me calm and handled the buyers really well. She ended up getting a price above what we were asking which I didn’t expect. I’d have no hesitation recommending her to anyone. She’s honestly been a bit of a shining star throughout the whole thing.
