Simply outstanding

Positive reviews are often over inflated, vague and don’t adequately provide the sort of real feedback that assist people when deciding whether or not they’ll act on the information contained therein. I hope this review is different because if all real-estate agents were as diligent, conscientious, honest and straightforward as Elissa Fisher the entire industry would be better for it. From our very first phone meeting I was gauged for my expectations and then sagely counseled with a balanced opinion on the market without any embellishment or fanfare. The final result matched that first discussion. Elissa picked up the ball that had been dropped horrendously by my previous agent and tirelessly worked to achieve a result at the upper end of my expectations. I was promptly informed of every relevant detail that I needed to be kept abreast of throughout and was provided with direct guidance when decision making was required and asked for. Elissa worked multiple options in parallel, never backing off with complacency and when Plan A fell over she simply enacted Plan B immediately, allowing complete continuity of process. Elissa was friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and simply a delight to deal with from the beginning to the very end and I could not recommend her more highly to anyone needing to either buy or sell a property.
